Refund Policy

We offer a 1-2 day return policy, meaning you have 1-2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, cannot be returned. Contact us with questions about specific items.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges For a faster exchange, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 1-2 Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 1-2 days without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post refunds.
